Aminostar® Chitosan + Psyllium is a unique combination of animal and vegetable fibre which is able to act upon fat which is then secreted out of the body. Psyllium helps easy and fast evacuation from the intestinal tract and regulates cholesterol levels in blood. This makes this product an effective fat burner.
Aminostar® Chitosan is a dietary fiber derived from chitin. Chitin is an aminopolysaccharide (combination of sugar and protein) that comes from the shells of shellfish. Chitin used to be nothing more than a waste product of the shellfish industry, but a bit of treatment and a new fiber is born. Chitosan is typically found in dietary supplements for reducing cholesterol levels and promoting weight loss.
Aminostar® Psyllium (Fiber) is found in the stems, seeds and leaves of plants. It is made up of chains of sugar but humans do not have the enzymes in their digestive tract to be able to break these chains down. A small amount of the fiber can be broken down by the enzymes of the bacteria that live in the human digestive tract.
